What Services do I need?
Associated Home Care staff is experienced at asking the appropriate questions to determine the services you need and the skill level required to best manage your case. Once you have chosen us to provide service to your loved one, our nurse will visit with the client and family members to assess the situation more closely and to write a detailed Care Plan.

Are the people coming into my home competent?
All potential employees must meet the following requirements before they can be considered for employment:
- Current statement of good health from physician
- Submission of current license and/or certification for verification
- Criminal background checks
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Passing grades on written test
- Written references
Does the company provide back-up coverage?
We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. At no time will our client be left unattended during prearranged schedules.
Are the workers insured while working in my home?
All staff members are full insured according to the laws in the state of Massachusetts. In addition, all are fully bonded against theft.
Are employees supervised on a regular basis?
All employees are updated weekly to review their clients’ cases. Our nurses supervise all home health workers on-site. During these supervisory visits, our nurse will monitor the condition of the client and report any changes in his/her physical condition to the family and/or physician.
How much will this cost?
Associated Home Care is committed to keeping the cost of home care as low as possible. Home care offers your loved one many advantages and you will find that it can be the most cost effective solution. We accept private health insurance, workers compensation insurance, long-term care insurance and payment through area ASAPs (Aging Services Access Points). We work with all long-term care insurance companies and can guide you through the process of filing a claim.
