Meet the Associated Home Care Management Team
Michael Trigilio, President,
Michael began working with AHC in 1993. Since that time he has worked in all areas of the home care business. Currently he oversees the overall operations and direction of Associated Home Care. Over the past five years he has been dedicated to opening AHC to appeal to a greater group of elders. Michael has also designed and implemented internal computer systems to manage all operations of the business including scheduling, payroll and billing. He has been instrumental in securing new business and creating new opportunities for AHC. In 2007, Michael founded Elder Home Options, LLC, a business dedicated to providing elders and disabled adults with many different housing options. In the Fall of 2007 he presented this concept at Mass Home Care’s annual meeting at the College of the Holy Cross. In 2008 he presented this new model for home care at the National Council on Aging and the American Society on Aging conference in Washington DC. He has also been traveling throughout Massachusetts to share and spread the concept of keeping elders at home in this new communal setting. Combining his experience in the home health field and computer development, Michael is currently examining cost effective ways to deliver groceries to homebound elders via Groceries Delivered, his latest venture. Michael’s long term goal is to provide comprehensive solutions for elders.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State College. He belongs to numerous home health care and business organizations. He serves on the board of directors for Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services and is an advisory board member of Beverly National Bank.
Nancy Aldrich, Vice President, Director of Home Care Services
Nancy has been working with Associated Home Care, Inc. since 1993. Due to her commitment of providing excellent care to frail elders in their homes, she has seen the agency grow from a “small family-run business” to a multi faceted full service elder care company. Nancy started with AHC in the scheduling department and, as the agency grew, she has grown with them. She is the key person that coordinates all home care operations between clients, employees and schedulers. She also currently oversees the organization’s operational procedures, supervising and assisting all departments with everyday operations. Due to Nancy’s strong work ethic and her passion for helping the elderly, AHC has become the premier model for home care services on the North Shore.
Susan Boeri, Program Director, Elder Home Options
Susan joined AHC in 2007. Elder Home Options manages H.E.A.R.T. Homes (Housing Elders At Residences Together), an innovative program which houses 4-6 frail older adults in a residential setting. Susan has been instrumental in the marketing of Elder Home Options, including producing and directing a sixteen minute video tour of the homes which can be viewed on the website www.heart-homes.com. She frequently makes public speaking appearances, sharing this exciting new option for elders and their families. Recently, Susan has been named Program Director of A Hand At Home, a personal concierge service dedicated to providing quality, affordable in-home services enabling seniors to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. A Hand At Home arranges and oversees approved and trusted professionals to perform needed services, including a wide range of household maintenance, repair, and renovations along with health and safety measures.
Maureen Wilkinson, Human Resources/Personnel Coordinator
Maureen has been with AHC since 2000. After several years as a Scheduling Coordinator, she then moved to her new role handling all hiring and employee benefits. She most enjoys being part of the process of hiring quality caregivers to help make our clients’ lives more manageable. Maureen finds working at AHC to be very rewarding, and “more importantly, it is like being part of a big family.” Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a life-long resident of the North Shore.
