Meet the Associated Home Care Management Team
Michael Trigilio, President
Michael began working with Associated Home Care in 1993. Since that time he has worked in all areas of the home care business. Currently he oversees the overall operations and direction of Associated Home Care. Over the past five years he has been dedicated to opening AHC to appeal to a greater group of elders. Michael has also designed and implemented internal computer systems to manage all operations of the business including scheduling, payroll and billing. He has been instrumental in securing new business and creating new opportunities for AHC. In 2007, Michael founded Elder Home Options, LLC, a business dedicated to providing elders and disabled adults with many different housing options. Combining his experience in the home health field and computer development, Michael’s long-term goal is to provide comprehensive solutions for elders.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State College. He belongs to numerous home health care and business organizations. He serves on the board of directors for Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services and also for Northeast Arc.
Nancy Aldrich, Vice President, Director of Home Care Services
Nancy has been working with Associated Home Care since 1993. Due to her commitment of providing excellent care to frail elders in their homes, she has seen the agency grow from a “small family-run business” to a multi-faceted full service elder care company. Nancy started with AHC in the scheduling department and, as the agency grew, she has grown with them. She is the key person that coordinates all home care operations between clients, employees and schedulers. She also currently oversees the organization’s operational procedures, supervising and assisting all departments with everyday operations. Due to Nancy’s strong work ethic and her passion for helping the elderly, AHC has become the premier model for home care services on the North Shore.
Douglas May, Chief Financial Officer
Doug joined Associated Home Care in 2012. A Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Financial PlannerTM, Doug brings broad experience in finance, taxes, accounting, process improvement, strategy-focused performance management, and best practice consulting. Prior to this appointment, May was serving Associated Home Care in a part-time, consulting capacity. Previously, Doug served as Director, Tax Services for McGladrey, President, Trustee Support Services, LLC and Partner, Galbraith CPA Group, LLC, a CPA and consulting firm providing tax and accounting for individuals, businesses, and trusts and estates. During his tenure as CFO of Fortune Industries, Inc., he was responsible for taking the company public, managing investor relations and investment banking relationships. He successfully managed the execution and integration of seven acquisitions and one divestiture. Doug is the co-author of an extensive continuing education program for CPAs, published and distributed nationally. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with a major in accounting and finance.
Susan Boeri, Program Director, Elder Home Options
Susan joined AHC in 2007. Elder Home Options manages H.E.A.R.T. Homes (Housing Elders At Residences Together), an innovative program which houses 4-6 frail older adults in a residential setting. Susan has been instrumental in the marketing of Elder Home Options, including producing and directing a sixteen minute video tour of the homes which can be viewed on the website www.heart-homes.com. She frequently makes public speaking appearances, sharing this exciting new option for elders and their families. Recently, Susan has been named Program Director of A Hand At Home, a personal concierge service dedicated to providing quality, affordable in-home services enabling seniors to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. A Hand At Home arranges and oversees approved and trusted professionals to perform needed services, including a wide range of household maintenance, repair, and renovations along with health and safety measures.
Maureen Wilkinson, Regional Manager
Maureen joined Associated Home Care in 2000. She started as a scheduler, a role that allowed her to build strong relationships with clients. Due to company growth, Maureen moved into the role of Human Resources Manager, where she managed hiring and the addition of employee benefits such as medical and dental insurance. Under her direction, two additional Human Resources employees were hired to accommodate a growing workforce of over 450. Due to their efforts, AHC continues to have one of the best employee retention rates in the area. In 2012, with the addition of two new offices, Maureen has moved into her latest role of Regional Manager. This is a newly created position for Maureen, in which she will act as liaison between all five offices, to ensure that as the company grows all offices remain connected and follow our mission of excellence. Maureen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a life-long resident of the North Shore.
Angela Rocheleau, Regional Director
Angela joined Associated Home Care in 2013. She has 25 years of home health care experience and has dedicated her career to caring for clients and families with various home health care needs. In her 25-year career, she has participated in all aspects of home care delivery ranging from scheduling, to operations and most recently senior leadership. Her philosophy is to deliver services with a primary focus on quality, reliability and trusted, ethical service. Angela has become a respected source of information and advice for clients and families of frail, convalescing, and hospice patients. Angela has been involved with providing home care services throughout Massachusetts including Central Mass, Northern Worcester County, Greater Springfield as well as the Greater Boston area and Cape Cod. She has served on the boards of several healthcare related agencies including Mass Home Care Council and the Service Committee for Elder Services of Worcester. She graduated from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. Born, raised and educated in Worcester, Angela currently resides in Southern Worcester County with her family. In her free time she volunteers for several school, community and charitable organizations.
Mikki Wilson, Director of Marketing & Communications
Mikki joined Associated Home Care in 2013. She will direct and oversee the company’s marketing policies, objectives and initiatives and also implement, monitor and evaluate AHC’s marketing communications strategy to support those marketing objectives and maximize exposure across Massachusetts. Mikki has over a decade of combined marketing experience in retail and professional services. She will direct and oversee the company’s marketing policies, objectives and initiatives and also implement, monitor and evaluate AHC’s marketing communications strategy to support those objectives and maximize exposure throughout Massachusetts as Associated Home Care continues to rapidly grow and expand. Mikki understands how priceless home care is, learning firsthand the incalculable comfort that all aspects of home care provides to clients and family through her mother, a home health aide in the field for over 30 years. Mikki graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Business Administration – Marketing from Salem State University and holds Associates degrees in Legal Administration and Liberal Arts from North Shore Community College. She is currently a member on the Board of Directors for Northeast Arc and Salem State’s Alumni Association.
Field Staff
Associated Home Care is proud to have the highest employee retention rate in the industry. We carefully screen and employ all field staff directly. All employees receive extensive training, orientation and continuous supervision. All must pass extensive testing including a state approved written test, an in-depth personal interview, reference checks, criminal background checks, physicals and TB screenings. All employees are fully insured according to Massachusetts law and are fully bonded against theft.
