After an initial assessment over the phone or in person, our nurse will visit with the client and family members to discuss the most beneficial and cost effective services. All our services are available up to 24 hours a day, every day.
Core Services include:
- Supervision and monitoring by our nurse
- Cue for medications
- Monitor health changes
- Transport/escort to appointments and errands
- Assist with shopping, meal preparation and planning
