Sean Rogers Appointed as AHC’s New Operations Development Manager

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Associated Home Care, a home health care agency headquartered in Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the addition of Sean Rogers to our team in the newly established role of Operations Development Manager. In this position, Sean will be in charge with promoting business growth and operations efficiency. Sean will also play a critical role in exploring and advancing new technologies that will enhance operations and consumer level of care.

 

Well respected throughout the Massachusetts home care industry, Sean comes to us from his previous position as Director of Operations for Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Through this position, Sean was responsible for creating operational efficiencies throughout Elder Affairs and the Aging Service Access Points (ASAP) network. He developed and fostered critical relationships with the home care provider network as a means to build better business systems/process between providers and state programs.

 

Prior to working for Elders Affairs, Sean was a Sales/Design Consultant at Systematics, Inc. In the beginning of his career, Sean held various budgetary, fiscal, and supervisory director roles within the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and also served 6 years in the U.S. Coast Guard.
